Working hours and employment rate: The positions include day/evening and weekend shifts and are a temporary position at 90%.

Salary: The salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Job description

As a nursing assistant at Humana Södra Järnvägsgatan in Växjö, you will have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and implement weekly planning, manage medications, and plan activities. You will document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.

Examples of tasks:

- Be the contact person and be responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan

- Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan

- Obtain delegation of medications from registered nurses

- Conduct fun activities

- Manage documents and deviations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a team player – a responsible person who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the whole picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are accustomed to documentation and work with quality as a guiding principle. Experience in person-centered work is an advantage, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who:

- Are a trained nursing assistant and have a certificate of protected professional title.

- Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is advantageous if you have:

- Experience working in elderly care or home care

- Experience working with people with dementia

- Experience in privately run operations

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You will also need to provide an extract from the criminal record (we use HVB homes).
